You are purchasing 1 spot in the Solo Author Book Course to create, publish & promote your solo book. This package includes editing, proofreading, formatting, full professional cover design, and full copyrights to your manuscript.

Author receives ALL royalties form their book sales.

Access for 12 months with monthly group coaching calls, trainings, content creation, writing workshops, and complete instructions on set-up and uploading your book on Amazon KDP.

*All solo books must launch within 12 months of purchase for full support

 

Support with content creation, editing, formatting, and cover design included for up to a 30,000 word manuscript. (manuscripts over 30,000 words will have an up charge for additional editing & formatting)

 

Mary Gooden & Divine Destiny Publishing will ensure your book meets all KDP requirements and you will become a published author on Amazon. The way we do it, allows you to have full control of your book.

Refunds:

This service has a no refunds policy. By completing this purchase, I acknowledge and agree not to issue a chargeback. If I initiate a chargeback, I will be responsible for an additional fee of $500 USD.

I agree that failure to adhere to the timeline or finish my manuscript in time does not warrant a refund.

 

Payment Schedule:

All payment arrangements are to be completed in full before solo book launch promotion begins, 4 weeks prior to book launch date. All late payments over 10 days or more will incur a late payment fee of 5%.

Timelines

I agree that I will do my best to adhere to the timeline created for my book project and provide the necessary information as it is due. Timeline will be created by Author & Mary Gooden and Divine Destiny Publishing.

I understand that failure to follow the agreed upon timeline could incur additional charges.

Best Seller Launch 

I am granting Mary Gooden and Divine Destiny Publishing, and their partners the right to use my name, likeness, biographical information, and full and/or excerpt of my manuscript with full attribution to me in the promotion of the book in both digital and printed format.

I understand that Mary Gooden and Divine Destiny Publishing are not making any guarantees as to how many books will be sold, but only that the book will rank on at least one Amazon Best Seller list within 30 days of release. 

I understand that there is no guarantee for how long the book will rank as a bestseller, but I will receive screenshots and graphics for my marketing purposes.

I understand I will be asked to participate in the promotion of the book when it is released on Amazon.

Copyrights & Royalties

I understand that Mary Gooden and Divine Destiny Publishing will secure US copyright for the book, however I shall retain the right to republish my work in any manner and Mary Gooden and Divine Destiny Publishing agree this shall not be deemed an infringement on the copyright.

I understand that Mary Gooden and Divine Destiny Publishing are publishing my book with the understanding that it is my own original work and that it is my own responsibility to ensure my work is original and not infringing on others’ copyrights.

 

I understand that Mary Gooden and Divine Destiny Publishing will not be held responsible for any copyright violations resulting from my book being published.

I understand that no paperback copies are included in program but can be purchased from Amazon at the wholesale price.

I understand that book will be set up under my personal Amazon KDP account and that I as the Author will receive ALL royalties related to my book sales.

The terms of purchase are the entire agreement between us.

Once payment is received, please allow 48 hours for communication from Mary Gooden and Divine Destiny Publishing with requirements and next steps.
